These terms govern your use of the Omvei app and this website. By using Omvei, you agree to them.

Using Omvei

Omvei suggests driving routes that balance travel time with scenery. You may use the app for your own personal navigation. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Drive responsibly

Routes and travel times are estimates generated from third-party map data and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always obey traffic laws, road signs, and conditions, and use your own judgment. Do not interact with the app while driving. Omvei is an aid, not a substitute for safe, attentive driving.

Third-party data

Maps and routing are provided through Apple Maps (MapKit) and elevation data through Open-Meteo. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms. Omvei is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.

No warranty

Omvei is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any route is the safest or fastest available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omvei and its makers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the current version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
